The purpose of the St. Andrews Home Owners Association is:

To promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents and provide for beautification, maintenance and preservation of the common areas, areas sutiable for the general use and beautification of Saint Andrews subdivision within that certain tract of property shown on maps recorded in Map Book 1992 Pages 625, 626 and 1115, in the Wake County Registry.

There are 27 lots and homes in the St. Andrews subdivision.
